In the course of finding the ideal location in Mexico to live and the gastronomic center the author plans to build, she traveled extensively throughout Mexico and soon began to assemble this book. She found the cooks who contributed most of these recipes in both likely and wildly unlikely places. The famous cookes of the various regions were fairly easy for her to locate, but she also discovered some extraordinary cooks in the markets, at the shore, and even preparing an elaborate barbecue in the middle of a field. There are 120 completely new recipes included in this collection, with 20 illustrations. Description text copyright 2015 BooksForComfort. Item ID 30108.
