Separate 8-1/2 X 11-inch typed sheet with names of participants of cooking school held at the Cloister September 19-24, 1986. Lists of items that were cooked on Monday Morning, Monday Afternoon, Tuesday etc. etc. followed by the recipes in the order that the dish is listed. A variety of dishes were prepared from Foie Gras to fried catfish, biscuits, dinner rolls, and corn fritters; basically Southern and fancy.
